The NAPCEN Two-Stage Dust Collector is designed for efficient suction and filtration of both fine and coarse dust, as well as small quantities of chips, ensuring a cleaner working environment. Constructed with durable, coated steel panels, the unit features vertically positioned high-efficiency filter cartridges for optimal performance.

The system operates by drawing polluted air through the inlet, using a powerful suction fan located on the top side of the unit. The air first passes through a cyclone separator, where heavier dust particles are sorted out and collected in the first bin. The remaining fine dust is captured by the vertical cartridges, with the filtered particles settling into a second collecting bin.

A high-performance fan, strategically placed on the top, provides strong suction capacity with minimal noise. Once the air is thoroughly cleaned, it is safely exhausted back into the workspace, maintaining air quality and ensuring a healthier environment.
