Built with robust, powder-coated steel panels, the unit houses vertically mounted high-efficiency filter cartridges that enhance dust filtration performance and extend filter life.

The dust extraction process begins as contaminated air enters through the inlet. A cyclone separator handles the first stage by isolating and depositing larger particles into a primary collection bin. In the second stage, the finer dust is trapped by vertical cartridge filters, with remaining particles collected in a separate bin.

A high-performance suction fan, mounted on the top side, delivers powerful airflow with low noise output. After filtration, the clean air is safely returned to the environment, ensuring regulatory compliance, worker safety, and minimal energy loss.
